Description
ERNiCrMo-3 Nickel Alloy 625 Tig Wire - Sold per KG Features and Benefits: Inconel Nickel alloy 625 is for welding of nickel-chromium-iron alloys to themselves and for dissimilar welding between nickel-chromium-iron alloys and steels. Its high manganese content lessens the possibility of micro fissures and also reduces creep strength which limits its usage up to 482°C. Applications for this alloy include surfacing as well as cladding. The high molybdenum content provides good stress, pitting and crevice corrosion resistance. Filler metal Inconel 625 is useful for many dissimilar joints involving 625, 825, 25-6MO and a range of high alloy austenitic and super austenitic stainless steels. The weld metal has high strength over a broad temperature range. Shielding Gas: 100% Argon Typical Wire Composition (% as welded): Ni (min)/58.0 C (max)/0.10 Mn (max)/0.50 Fe (max)/5.0 S (max)/0.015 Si (max)/0.50 P (max)/0.02 Cr/20.0-23.0 Al (Max)/0.40 Nb+Ta/3.15-4.15 Mo/8.0-10.0 Ti (max)/0.40 Cu (max)/0.50 OET (max)/0.50 Typical Physical & Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength/790 Mpa Yield strength/590 Mpa Elongation/35% Classification: AWS/ASME Spec 5.14 AWS Class ERNiCrMo-3 UNS N06625
