Superon Electrode Ultra Low Hydrogen E11018-M
PRODUCT ENQUIRY
Description
WELDarc E11018-M Ultra Low Hydrogen High Tensile Electrode
WELDarc E11018-M NiCrMo Ultra Low Hydrogen welding electrode is suitable for the all positional (except vertical down) welding of a wide range of high strength steels. It is widely used for fabricating steel structures of 700-760 MPA grade high tensile and low alloyed steels. Preheat and Postheat were required.
For best results the base material should be clean of any impurities and the electrode, baked at a temperature of 350-400 deg C for 1-2 hours.
Features and Benefits:
760 MPa Tensile Class, Reliable Impact Toughness to -40°C.
High Strength, Low Alloy Steel Electrode
