Description
WELDarc E11018-M Ultra Low Hydrogen High Tensile Electrode WELDarc E11018-M NiCrMo Ultra Low Hydrogen welding electrode is suitable for the all positional (except vertical down) welding of a wide range of high strength steels. It is widely used for fabricating steel structures of 700-760 MPA grade high tensile and low alloyed steels. Preheat and Postheat were required. For best results the base material should be clean of any impurities and the electrode, baked at a temperature of 350-400 deg C for 1-2 hours. Features and Benefits: 760 MPa Tensile Class, Reliable Impact Toughness to -40°C. High Strength, Low Alloy Steel Electrode Excellent Weld-ability Very low diffusible hydrogen levels Improved High Strength, Low Alloy Steel Electrode Tipical Applications: Full strength welding of high strength steels. Weldox700, Weldox 900, Weldox 960, Weldox 1030, Weldox 1100 Bisalloy 80, USST1 and T1A, welten 80, HY80, AS2074 Grade L6A and ASTM A533 type A, A514 and A517 grades used in structural transport, mining and earthmoving applications.
