WELDarc Superhard 350 Electrode with a semi-hard and machinable deposit for rebuilding and surfacing. The weld deposit is dense and resist deformation, compression and high impact. Can also be applied as cushion/buffer layer prior to hard facing, for buildup of worn parts like rails, drive sprockets, gear teeth, chains, and wheels. For use with carbon steels and low alloy steels. Maintain a short to medium arc using a weave technique. Remove slag. Slowly cool in still air after surfacing.
