PRODUCT ENQUIRY
Description
Submerged Arc Welding Flux For Mild & 490 MPa Class Steel 20kg Tin Can
S-777MXH-14 Single and multi-layer welding flux especially insensitive to oil, rust, scale, dirt and primers on thesurface to be welded.
Slag detachability in narrow groove and resistance to porosity are excellent.
Suitable for welding of thin and medium plate in high speed welding.
As the consumption of flux is low, it is very economical.
Applicable to horizontal and flat fillet welding.
Dry the flux at 300-350C for 60minutes before use.
When the flux height is excessive, poor bead appearance may occur.
Applications:
Bridges and structural steels.
Spiral pipes
Agricultural implements
LPG tanks
Steel Beams
Machinery,
Boilers
Current AC, DC+
