Description
MADE IN ITALY
FIDAT 5356 MIG WIRE is a 5% magnesium alloy suitable for MIG welding of a wide range of cast, wrought and extruded aluminium alloys.
It produces intermediate deposit strength, good ductility and corrosion resistance for the welding of a wide range of aluminium alloys.
Widely used for marine applications such as boats, yachts, ferries Also for welding boarding and loading ramps, scaffolding, ladders ,handrails and general marine applications. Also used for construction in shipyards, storage tanks, structural industry, cryogenics applications, railways and in the automotive industry. Has a good colour match when anodized.
Shielding Gas:
100% Argon or Argon Helium
With the use of helium shielding gas will provide better penetration, greater heat input and faster welding speeds especially on thicker material.
